| Chapó por la música: Annie Lennox estrenará nuevo disco el día 1 de octubre |
Tony Díaz. La artista tras varios años de silencio musical regresará con 'Songs Of Mass Destruction'.
Tras arrasar en la década de los ochenta con el grupo que le dio la fama, 'Eurytmichs', se dispuso a continuar en el mundo de la música con varios discos en solitarios en los noventa.
Canciones como 'Sweet Dreams', 'Here come the rain again' o 'When comes tomorrow', marcaron una etapa musical en la vida de la artista que luego se vería complementada con grandes temas en solitario como 'No more I love you´s' o 'Why', entre otros muchos.
“Me siento más cerca de mi propio que filo que nunca”, ha reconocido la cantante que el próximo 1 de octubre verán en las tiendas 'Songs Of Mass Destruction', su nueva aventura musical que se abrirá con el single 'Dark Road ' el día 24 de septiembre.
Annie, ha vendido más de 75 millones de discos en todo el mundo y con sus 33 singles ha conseguido cuatro premios Grammy, un Oscar, 11 Brits, cinco Ivor Novello y dos Golden Globe entre otros galardones, tal y como su discográfica nos cuenta en una nota de prensa.
Este nuevo disco, fue grabado en Los Angeles con el veterano productor Glenn Ballard (Anastacia, Christina Aguilera, Shakira, Alanis Morissette, Aretha Franklin...), lo que significa un cambio en su, hasta ahora, larga asociación con Steve Lipson.
